First 10 days daytime support

  • The first 10 days. A 4-hour daytime visit every day for the first 10 days to provide newborn education, mama & baby care, resources, emotional support, meals, home organization, and light housekeeping.

  • $1800 for 40 hours of care in the first 10 days. Additional hours billed at $50/hr.

    $2200 twins for 40 hours of care in the first 10 days. Additional hours billed at $55/hr.

  • Get the support you need to feel confident, cared for, and nourished in the first days after you come home with your new baby. Each day I will provide education, emotional support, feeding support, and practical support such as watching baby while you sleep or shower, laundry, meal prep, sibling care, home organization for the new baby, and more.

Overnight support

  • 6 weeks - 3 months.

    Typically 2-4 nights per week. If more than 4 nights are needed I can suggest a second doula to share the week’s shifts.

    Shifts available: 9 pm-6 am or 10 pm -6 am.

  • $42/hr

    $50/hr for twins

  • Good sleep for parents can make such a huge difference in your early days with your new baby. Getting solid sleep helps reduce postpartum mood disorders, provides faster and easier recovery of labor and delivery, and provides a much needed respite after a long day with your newborn.

Meal Preparation

  • 5 hours per week

    Short-term or long-term available

  • Weekly price: $260 for 5-5.5 hours of meal prep plus cost of food.

    4-week price: $950 for 5-5.5 hours each week plus cost of food.

  • Nourishing, nutritious, and delicious meals prepared in your home to feed the new mom and whole family. I specialize in meals that restore nutritional balance and help heal the postpartum body. In addition to my own recipes, I am happy to prepare any family meals you request. I will provide customizable menus that typically include 3-4 dinners, 2 healthy snacks, and 1-2 lunches. Portions are big enough to provide leftovers.
